Bible Prophecy Commentary – Iran’s [Continued] Deception:
The West just doesn’t get it! Iran is playing with the West like a cat plays with a mouse. They are/have been deceived that Iran plans a ‘peaceful’ use of their nuclear energy. HA! These people consistently support terrorists and engage in atrocities worldwide. Their deceptive rhetoric runs like a raging wildfire from the lips of their leaders. They are aggressive and care little about human life. Wake up people!
Israel is almost in their front-yard and the threat of some type of devastating attack from Iran is real and existential. But the West has turned a blind eye and refuse to take a hard stand against them. No wonder then that Israel is worried and perplexed at the US’ position. We live in perilous times with confusion and deception all over. Eventually, all nations will gather against Israel [Jerusalem] and they will stand alone (Zech 14:1-3; Joel 3:1-2; Zech 12:8-9). Abandoned but yet not alone because God Almighty is with them and will fight for them – Isa 43:5.
“Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. 8- Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? for as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children.” -Isa 66:7-8 (KJV)
Friends, Israel is the key to the end times described in Bible Prophecy. God’s prophetic time-clock started ticking again when they became a nation on May 14, 1948 (Eze 34:13; Eze 36:2; Eze 11:17). The Tribulation period (Daniel’s Seventieth Week – Dan 9:27) is coming and through much travail Israel will come to know their Messiah – Jesus Christ – as Lord and Savior.
Today, as the nations prepare themselves for end time roles and their gathering against Israel let us wake up, prepare ourselves in the Lord and await His glorious arrival.
