Bible Prophecy Commentary – Antichrist and False Prophet's World:
This is coming up and it may be faster than anyone thinks. Even now the currencies and economic systems throughout the world are hurtin and hurtin bad. The ECB (European Central Bank) just started printing billions of Euros per month in a new open-ended quantitative easing (QE) program designed to boost the failing Euro. We know by reading Rev 13 that the Antichrist and False Prophet that have yet to arise will govern the world both in the financial and religious realms. In order for this to occur a new more universal economic system must arise and a ecumenical religious system must come into being. I think these will be in place just before the Antichrist and False Prophet come on the scene. Moreover, it could be possible that these two 'beasts' are at covertly at work, even now, creating these entities but not known by their roles quite yet.
You can bet religious changes will be subtle and most Christians and religious people today, with their heads in firmly stuffed in the 'don't-bother-me-with-world-events' sand, won't know what hit them. I think the ecumenical system proposed by the Pope is the beginning of this One World Religious entity that must exist in the days ahead as prophesied in the Bible – Rev 13. The gradual collapse of the world's monetary systems will usher in a Global Governance turnover that also must occur. Is this happening today – oh yes, most assuredly! Is there now an ungodly [and wicked] leader subtly making strides in messing up the world, with ambiguous decisions and rhetoric combined with chaotic intentions. Oh yes, I do believe he is on the scene right now.
Who is he? I'll reserve that ID for another post but I suggest to all reading this post to watch world events closely – very closely! Watch what's happening in, to and around Israel. Who's got their back and who doesn't. Watch the rise and fall of the world markets daily. Watch this oil thing (falling oil prices and associated jobs) and where it is going. Then watch Russia and Ukraine as the tensions are rising as I write this article. Russia will be a major player in the upcoming and not too far away Gog/Magog war – Eze 38/39. Watch ISIS and where they are going – through which countries their terror penetrates. Watch radical Islam and the fear and terror they inject into people. And especially watch Iran for they are in Bible Prophecy and will play a part in future conflicts and wars with Israel.
Many things are going on and more prophecies are ready for fulfillment. But the biggest thing facing all people is their relationship with God Almighty and His Son – Jesus Christ. Are you right with Him today? If not, why not? Are you continuing to live in unrepentant sin? Do you live an unholy lifestyle? Why? We all will stand before Him one day and none of us will have any excuses. Confess your sin to Him today, then repent (change your attitudes and ways) and follow Him. Obey His word, read and study His word (the Bible) trust in Him and have faith. Folks, the days ahead will be terrible and many will face very difficult circumstances but it will be your anchor of faith and trust in Christ that will see you through. Keep watch!
