Bible Prophecy Commentary:
In my understanding the Black horse revealed at the opening of the 3rd seal in Rev 6 brings with him a payload of frightening financial uncertainty and chaos. A complete instability and upset in the world's financial systems. A time where one day's wage buys food for only one person. The signs are all around us in many nations of the world. Some think this rider will bring famine but perhaps not since famine is directly referenced in the 4th rider's payload.
Folks, this is teetering on the edge of becoming a reality now in our time, in our lives. We must not discount its importance turning away from the gloom and doom of this seemingly very real calamity that seems to be moments, days or months away from happening. If you are prepared for the presumable inevitability of this collapse then at least you are ready and not blind-sighted by its reality. If you are not prepared and America's financial system does collapse, the result may be even more impacting.
The only thing we can solely rely on today is our faith and that faith must be established on Jesus Christ God's own Son. Where are you today? Do you know Jesus Christ as your Savior, accepting the free gift of His pardon for your sins paid for with His death on the cross of Calvary? If not, I encourage you to read Romans 9:10-13, and accept His gift of salvation. He paid the ultimate price, was buried and rose again for you and I. Call on Him today.
