Bible Prophecy Commentary: Russia as a Future War Maker –
We had better heed Russia's warnings. They are now a formidable force to be reckoned with and have a war-seasoned military at their ready. Seasoned by current wars in Syria and Ukraine. One thing about the current Russian regime – they don't back down and they aren't about playing Mr. Niceguy.
This nation and its leaders have squashed rebellion and used their superpower status to enforce their will on their enemies. We should not take this lightly especially in light of our decreased military readiness that has been diminishing for years now.
In Bible Prophecy, America is not found save perhaps a weak, "de-powered" nation speaking from the wings – Eze 38:13. What happens to America to cause the most influential, wealthy, and the most militarily superior nation the world has ever seen to not be a listed in prophecy is stunning and yet unknown. Something must occur to cause us to drop out of superpower status or for that matter any-power status and become a third-world nation? The thought of this is startling but folks, take a look at what's going on in America from a 50k foot level. We are sliding ever quickly into a sickly, impotent, confused, powerless land. But why? We, from our national leaders down have told Almighty God to "take a hike" and I believe He has withdrawn His presence from our land.
Yes this is very disheartening for Christians but nevertheless it's happening. Lack of preaching and teaching about sin, repentance and holy living from our churches has contributed immensely to this condition. We do not have prayer warriors in our pulpits – but we have ton load – a whole bunch of "spiritual cupcakes" that speak from inert pulpits across our land. This is killing America's spiritual resolve and therefore we have become feeble, inadequate and powerless.
Intense wars are on the horizon.
