Bible Prophecy Commentary – Poking Israel In the Eye:
The US has really stuck to Israel this time and if you will, has poked them in the eye. This is not good for to poke Israel in the eye means you are poking Almighty God in the eye. The US-Israeli tensions are ramping up and getting uglier. Why? Bible Prophecy for these last days – Israel will stand alone but yet will prevail. What will be next for America based on this act? We cannot fight against God nor can we afford to be at odds with the only ally and democracy we have in the Middle East – Israel . We must also remember that America has been a mightily blessed nation since its inception. Why? Men of God sought God and America provided a second home for the Jews. Now because America is turning their backs on Israel we are becoming a scorn to the nations (Deut 28:37) and our land a perpetual hissing to all that look at us (Jer 18:16). God have mercy on this once Godly nation called America!
God's judgments upon sinful and unrepentant mankind are coming. Keep watch folks, pray and watch Israel/Jerusalem.
