Bible Prophecy Commentary: Is God Speaking to Us Through the Weather?
Almighty God has and I believe is speaking to us through extreme weather events that are wreaking havoc throughout the world. Just examine Nahum 1:3 for how the Lord can judge people due to their constant unfaithfulness and wickedness. Consider also Psa 148:8 and what happened to Jonah in Jonah 1:4.
Folks, the seas and waves are roaring more and more these days. We have experienced mega droughts, severe storms, excessive and prolonged heat and ever increasing earthquakes. The earth is mourning due to mankind's sin; even sinkholes are opening up anywhere and everywhere. Is this God telling us to get right with Him before His severe judgments hit? I think a most emphatic YES!
The Lord Jesus Christ is returning and that could be sooner than anyones thinks. Are you ready? Are you paying attention to the signs that the Lord told us to watch for in His word? Time to wake up!
