Iran or ancient Persia also known as Elam in the Old Testament is deceptive and untrustworthy to say the least. Their agenda is to wipe out or annihilate Israel and then the US. Yet we are trying to make a nuclear deal with them. Absolutely unbelievable!! However, for right now they are taking control of the Syria fighting arena by advancing troop levels and bolstering Syria army effectiveness against the Sunni rebels. Have you ever wondered why does all this fighting and killing continue? Why has neither the Sunni rebels or Syria's military force prevailed in this seemingly never-ending [civil war] conflict. Perhaps the reason is to draw in the Iranians for a future conflict with Israel. Iran controls and supports their proxy armies: Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in Gaza, Yemen Houthi rebels and they are now leading the Iraqi forces in Iraq against ISIS. Folks, this is alarming!
Israel is becoming increasingly surrounded by their long-time foe. A future war with Israel where Iran is involved is Biblical and inevitable. It seems that the Iranian is very capable to crush the ISIS beasts soon enough especially if a full campaign is initiated against them but will this occur? I think it a bit too early to call this out but without question it demands watching. The Middle East – all around Israel – is becoming almost daily more dangerous and corrosive. In fact, the Lord God Almighty has stated in His word that He will make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people and all those that come against her will be cut in pieces – Zech 12:3. In fact, God Almighty will make Israel like a torch of fire that will devour all that come against her – Zech 12:6. We are living at a time that I believe the generation that has seen Israel become a nation (the fig leaf blossom) will also see tremendous wars, conflicts in the ME and elsewhere. This is the time of the end before Christ arrives in His Glory to set up His early kingdom in which He will rule and reign for one thousand years. Are you ready for the events ahead? Are you right with God today?
