My Bible Prophecy Commentary – Israel and Iran:

It seems that many in the international community have fallen asleep on the Iran nuclear threat capability. Charm can be deceptive and with the 180 degree turn-around in Iran’s diplomatic strategy, this well may be the case. Tensions are ramping up again between Israel and Iran; Israel has every right to protect itself against any nation wanting to destroy them. The Biblical fact remains that all nations will come against Israel in the last days. They will stand alone because they are God’s people and live in a God-given land. The pulse of the rest of the world rises vehemently against them because they (world) are opposed to and reject the God of the Bible. God’s judgments are at the door folks.

The Bible prophesies that Persia (Iran) will be involved in the war of Eze 38. Is this close? Yes, I think very close!
