Bible Prophecy Commentary:
Nations keep trying to take away Israel's sovereign land. But this is part of Bible Prophecy that will occur in the last days of which, I believe and many others, we are in right now. Even the US in its ping-pong negotiations with the PA, is trying to make a deal offering an Israel border compromise centering of course on Jerusalem. The land of Israel is God's land and the Jews are His chosen people. They will never again be removed from their land – Amos 9:15.
Despite other nations trying to divide the land of Israel God is not behind it nor does He condone it. If fact, those who touch Israel touch the "apple of God's eye" – Zech 2:8.
"I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land." -Joel 3:2 (KJV)
Keep alert, keep watch, keep your eyes on Israel and keep in prayer.
