Bible Prophecy Commentary: Signs in the Heavens –

Will this usher in the return of Christ our Lord? Or the start of the Tribulation – or as some refer to as the apocalypse? We just don't know. But one thing we do know is that He told us, through His word,  to keep watch and that in the last to the last days before His return there would be signs in the heavens and on the earth. Signs in the sun, the moon and the stars. Signs in the sea with the waves roaring. Are we seeing these – I think a resounding yes!

Keep watch and be ready! Ready to stand before the Lord God of all Creation. Read just a few of the verses that point to His return and some of the things to be on the lookout for. Now there's many more and we find many of them for the first time in human history, converging together according to Bible Prophecy.

"And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;" -Luke 21:25 (KJV)

"Behold, the day of the Lord comes, cruel, with wrath and fierce anger, make the land a desolation and to destroy its sinners from it. 10- For the stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be dark at its rising, and the moon will not shed its light. 11- I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will put an end to the pomp of the arrogant, and lay low the pompous pride of the ruthless." -Isa 13:9-11 (ESV)
