Are You Hiding Under a Rock?

We are fast approaching something that could shake every person and every nation on this planet. Yes, I firmly believe this and have written about it many times and yes this is scary. The end of the seven-year Shemitah cycle is coming on Sept 13, 2015 (Hebrew – Elul 29). Similar to the end of previous Shemitah year cycles, something big has happened to world economics; e.g. the Stock Market (for example, but not limited to these Shemitah cycle years: 1972-1973, 1979-1980, 1986-1987, 1993-1994, 2001, 2008), resulting in the shaking of the nations. What will this mean for America and the world at the end of the 2014-2015 Shemitah seven-year cycle? Stay tuned…
Yeah I know, some people say this Shemitah cycle, as written in the Bible, only has to do with Israel but I disagree. IMO America was established to be an alternate haven for the Jews when they were kicked out of Spain in the 15th century. Today, the population of Jews in America almost equals that of the Jews in Israel. Since America's creation this nation has stood with Israel and therefore has been mightily blessed (Gen 12:3). Unfortunately now, and as has happened in the past we have tried to divide Israel's land with past presidential actions and this nation has felt the hand of God's fury against it (I.e POTUS Bush and hurricane Katrina). Now, the Shemitah is also applying not as a blessing but instead judgment.
The Lord has many tools in His arsenal to try and get our attention. Weather, wars, conflicts and yes, economics. But who understands this and more so, who's listening? I know several people who mock at all this but fail to face the realities of history. Instead of looking at what may (and has) come, they waste their energy on foolish scoffing. I know some "pan-tribers" too. Ones that think, "…whatever comes it'll all pan out, I can't do anything about it anyway". Now that's a dangerous mindset to possess. Now, more than anytime in history, based on what has happened since the fig tree blossomed (Matt 24:32-34) – Israel becoming a nation – we are seeing Bible Prophecy being fulfilled and the rapidity of its fulfillment. Now more than anytime in history we should be preparing in our own hearts, minds and souls by praying, seeking the Lord, and telling/warning others (especially family) of what is clearly stated in the Bible and coming. Especially in the Book of Revelation; horrific and terrible judgments await those that don't know Him and aren't living for Him and are not taken to meet Him in the clouds (1 Th 4:16-17, 1 Cor 15:51-52). Why? Isaiah 13:11; Isaiah 26:21.
Friends, Sept 2015 could be a milestone month in the plan or 'season' of God. Read the verses below. Many events are converging. Do you see what the Apostle Paul is saying? We should know the times and seasons of the Lord's arrival and for those watching it should not catch us like a thief in the night. In other words, we will know the season of His arrival but only and let me repeat only, if you are studied in His word – the Bible. For in it, the answers to when He will return are found. Of course, not the date and time but certainly the season and that season may come even next month. If you have studied the Feasts of the Lord and how He fulfilled the Spring feasts – Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits and Pentecost, you will see that He will fulfill the three Fall feasts yet to come. And the first one in line is the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) or Biblically termed You Teruah (the blowing of the trumpets). By the way, this occurs on Sept 13-14, 2015.
"But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief." -1 Thess 5:1, 4 (KJV)
Folks, these things are serious but who's taking them serious? We here in the West only hear about Christianity western style! Never have I heard in church about how Jesus Christ relates to the Jewish culture both then and now. How about you, have you heard this in church? Any teaching therein? Did you know about the Feasts and how they related to His first coming and how they will relate to His second coming? This is all about hiding under a rock. Not knowing Jesus, not knowing His word and certainly not aware of the times in which we live. We are to be "eagerly waiting" for the Lord's return (Heb 9:28 ESV) and not be found hiding under a rock or with our head firmly buried in the sand (I know plenty of these kind of people). He commands us to watch Luke 21:36, to be counted worthy to escape the things that will come to pass. You watching … daily?

Our hope: Biblical prophesied events are happening at breathtaking speed in the days in which we live. Are you watching with your loins girded (Luke 12:35), are you waiting anxiously for His return. Friends, Sept 2015 could be a pivotal month in the plan of God. Are you watching, waiting, looking? What will you do if found spiritually lethargic when the Last Trump is sounded? Will you go with Him? Sobering thoughts.
"Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning; And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.
