Bible Prophecy Commentary: WARNING: A Global Economic Collapse is Coming:
Mainstream news will not indicate anything is wrong in the world's economy hence, do not rely on them for your outlook on this topic. A massive global economic collapse is coming – it's prophesied as the Black horse, third seal in The Book of Revelation, Chapter Six. If you are not aware of it, please get a Bible and read it carefully. The signs of this collapse are getting stronger and more frequent. Additionally, this is a Shemitah year which will end on Sept 13, 2015 – Elul 29 on the Hebrew calendar. 2001 and 2008 were also Shemitah years that ended in severe Stock Market crashes. Will 2015 spawn an even greater one? Indications are it will but we won't know until it happens.
In the Bible, in the Gospel of Luke chapter 12, Jesus Christ says we should have our loins girded (be ready to go) and lights burning. In other words, we are to be instantly ready, telling others about His coming, and waiting for the Lord's return. In Luke 21:36, our Lord says to watch to be found counted worthy to escape all the things that will come upon the earth. Folks, if He says we are to watch then we had better watch! Watching includes being aware of what is happening all around you, yes even in the global community. Watching includes know the signs of the times – Matt 16:2-4.
Are you attentive to His call in your life? Are you watching? Will you be found worthy to escape the things to come? If you are not, can I ask why? Please take His words to heart and ensure you are prepared – heart, mind and soul – for whatever is up ahead.
