My Bible Prophecy Commentary – God, Sin and Earthquakes:
Calif seems to be leading the US, even somewhat ahead of NYC, is terms of thumbing its nose at Almighty God. A potential exists for a ‘big’ earthquake to shake this land. Did you ever consider that the earthquakes occurring around the globe are warning shots over the bow of humanity for their unrepentant sin? How about the earthquake that just hit California – could this be a warning from God that judgment is coming? God has used earthquakes in the past as signs of His presence and signs for judgment – Num 16:30-34.
Remember God will shake this globe in the last days warning of His coming and His judgments – Hag 2:6; Heb 12:26-29.
