My Bible Prophecy Commentary – Middle East:

As the last days in Bible Prophecy mobilize we will see the small nation of Israel (geographically only) grow more and more isolated – Zech 12:3. The result will be the fulfillment of prophesied wars and conflicts – Psa 83, Isa 17, Eze 38. Israel will predominate over all these conflicts consuming all on the right hand and on the left – Zech 12:6.

We must be aware of what is going on the the ME as well as the rest of the world because major prophesied events will affect nations all over this planet. Most importantly through the days and prophecies ahead remember, God is in absolute control.
