“Have Americans ‘driven God out of the temple’?”, WND – 11/28/2013
My Bible Prophecy Commentary – America’s Churches:
“Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. ” Hosea 4:1 (KJV)
There is little or no fear of God in our land anymore -Rom 1:21ff. There is little knowledge of Him either. The churches are filled with people that only [want to] know the ‘loving’ side of God and do not focus on the severity of His judgment for America’s (and the world) gross unrepentant sin. Churches have become social clubs, little talk of God, little worship but lots of talk about trivial things – all the dribble of the world. Lots of committees, meetings, projects, stressing about this or that, etc. Has this resulted in God abandoning His church and/or the people forgetting Almighty God?
It’s time to wake up to the very real presence of God; He is loving faithful and merciful but will not let the wicked go unpunished. Believe the scripture when it says that if you are not with Him you are against Him (Luke 11:23) and He reserves wrath for His enemies – Nah 1:2. Please do not conform to this world nor love anything of this world. Love and obey only God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. He is coming soon, are you ready?
