Bible Prophecy Commentary – Pestilences:
Friends, the potential lethality of this Ebola virus could be very dangerous and people must be made aware of its ongoing status. This is not something to take lightly, especially here in the US.
As I’ve written before the Pale rider named ‘Death’ and his follower, named ‘Hades’ of Rev 6 bring much death to the world. This is prophesied in Rev 6:7-8 – it is the fourth seal that is broken with the spirit riders bringing the sword, pestilence, death and famine to the world. According to what is written these riders will have power over one quarter of the earth to kill with their payload. This is no joke, they are not kidding and this is not a Hollywood movie. It’s real and predicted.
And no, this is not good news but nevertheless it’s what is currently killing many in West Africa. If this spreads to other nations it could mean much heartache to many people.
The good news is that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and without Him we would have no hope. Is your hope in Him today? Is He your Lord and Savior? Folks, Bible Prophecy is clear and many terrible things are already here in the world and will continue to worsen before our Lord returns. Why? Sin, rebellion, rejection, idolatry, etc. Who or what is your faith and trust in today?
Keep alert, keep watch, keep your eyes on Israel and keep in prayer.
