Bible Prophecy Commentary: EMP Weapon – Deception, Threats, Reality –
There are several nations that could hit the US with an EMP weapon. Certainly the technology is out there and I've read that it doesn't necessarily have to sit on the head of an ICBM anymore. Iran threatens us almost daily, N Korea threatens us quite frequently – so are these lies or the truth? What will become of a now weak and ineffective America – weak in resolve and physical strength.
Bible Prophecy does not seem to address the reality of a strong and powerful nation such as the US is/was; for its strength is diminishing fast. With all the events occurring in the world today – from increased tensions of wars to shaken economic infrastructures across the globe. The question is is an EMP attack on the US a reality? Quite possibly… From who? Don't know but many nations are in the running.
Governmental leaders have warned of the vulnerability of the US for an EMP attack and the ineffective preparation for such an attack. Folks, if this does occur we would be in big trouble. Read Eze 38 and 39 and decide for yourself if the US (or any form thereof) is listed there. You may find a reference to the "merchants of Tarshish" which could possibly represent such nations as the US and the UK. But what happens to them to make them standoff and just ask questions? We just don't know at this point.
Today, suffice it to say that America is not well liked among many nations on the planet for we have become and taken the position of lethargic standoffish nation. For now, we must keep watch and stay alert for the things happening in the world, what role America will play and where Israel is in all this.
Stay tuned … it may get real hairy in the months to come – 2016.
