Bible Prophecy Commentary – Drought – A Message From God:
Reading the Old Testament reveals that when ancient Israel turned their back on the Lord God Almighty He tried to get them to return to Him. How? Drought, famine, war, etc – Jer 14:1-6; Jer 50:38; Amos 4:7; Haggai 1:11. Calif is one of the nation's leaders in rebelling against God as well as NY and many others. It has been recorded that half of our fruits and vegetables come from Calif. What will this continuing drought in the days and months ahead bring to the US in terms of pricing and availability? Scarcity?
Each day that passes with people refusing to return to the Lord, their hearts will get harder and harder. Consider the scripture found in Mark 6:45-52. The hand of God moved and the people's hearts were hard. Many people throughout the world today have hard hearts against the Lord and many here in the US – a land founded upon Godly precepts. Folks, it's time to wake up and take heed for I and many more believe His return is near and the terrible events leading up to it are about to start.

"And I also have given you cleanness of teeth in all your cities, and want of bread in all your places: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
7- And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered.
8- So two or three cities wandered unto one city, to drink water; but they were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the LORD.
