Bible Prophecy Commentary – Russia:
Putin, IMO, will not back down. This dude is like a bear and I think now he is being pushed against a rock and a hard place with the sanctions imposed from Western nations. Ever try and trap or corner a bear? So what will he do? Is his dispatching of military aircraft and subs in testing modes, intelligence-gathering activities, or purely intimidation a sign of what's yet to come? This is unknown at this time but I think these events are a clear indication that something 'nasty' is on the table if the sanctions aren't lifted sooner than later.
Russia has a powerful military machine with tons of nukes and the capability to use [an] EMP strike/s rendering its foe/s response useless. We would do diligence to watch his actions and the economic conditions of his nation. They aren't too good right now and people are suffering. Russia from all descriptions in Bible Prophecy will be involved in last days wars but to what extend is currently unclear. In Dan 7, four nations will comprise the world in the days before Christ's return. One of these nations is described as a bear with three ribs in its mouth. Its given a mandate to devour much flesh. Are the three ribs other nations it conquers and defeats? It's a little too early to speculate but I think the time is growing very, very close to the time when these four nations will start to take shape. It's also very possible that a major world war must take place to help form these four kingdoms. Is America one of the nations that will be in power in the days of the four nations, before Christ returns? Possibly not if it continues to track on its current trajectory – i.e. driving Almighty God out its midst, chaos, confusion, sexual immorality off the charts, gross and wicked sin, unrepentance, God-ordained traditional marriage thrown out, etc.
Let's remember, there are clear and distinct wackos in charge of nukes in several nations and the destructive power of these weapons could wreak havoc on the human race. Keep watch folks and pray without ceasing!
Additionally, keep in mind there are two more Blood Moons coming this year and also two solar eclipses. I firmly believe these are Almighty God's billboard in the heavens that declare His appointments with mankind.
